In February I was awarded the distinction of a Fellow Member of the Homeobotanical Institute, qualifying as a Homeobotanical Practitioner (Herbal). This means I will be able to help you with problems other than bodywork, shiatsu, deep tissue. For example, hot flushes, prostrate problems, de-tox, migraines are just a few areas where Homeobotanicals are useful.
I am pleased to be able to offer you a range of new services. I have recently completed training in Myotherapy, Myofascial Techniques, Cranio-Sacral Balancing, and Though Field Therapy.
Myotherapy is concerned with the restoration and maintenance of the soft tissue structure of the human body and increased flexibility and strength of the musclo-skeletal system.
Myofascial Techniques are a range of gentle techniques used to improve the normal metabolic function as well as the digestive and endocrine system.
Cranio-Sacral Balancing is a form of hands-on bodywork. It brings about healing at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. It can be of tremendous assistant for those of you who experience TMJ – Trans Mandibular Joint Dysfunction.
Thought Field Therapy is a non-threatening, alternative approach to assist you deal with phobias, anxiety, emotional distress and pain.
